About Us
Our firm was founded in 2023 by Shunsaku Nagata, who worked for about 20 years in the intellectual property department of one of the world's largest telecommunications companies and was the head of the intellectual property licensing department. The firm primarily provides intellectual property services to companies doing business in Japan by offering a wide range of services, including IP acquisition, IP evaluation, and licensing, which is the only service of its kind in Japan.
Our search for infringing products, creation of infringement trails (EOU: evidence of use), evaluation of patent portfolios based on the results, and proposal of rights acquisition strategies contribute to improving the performance of funds investing in such companies, in addition to the IP departments and management departments of companies.
